(original version: " No wire, no fire, no gas, no glass, no gun, no knife, no bad guy.")
(MOI Mechanism of Injury, NOI Nature of Illness, Environmental...?)
BSI = Body Substance Isolation,
「五, 唔好博條命,唔係一命換一命」; don't be a hero, not "my life for your life", not "your life above our own"
Adapt from WMI common practice for scene size-up* ( each number rhymes with the last word of the sentence):
"One. I'm number one." - check the scene for hazards, protect yourself first
"Two. What happened to you?" - determin the mechanism of injury
"Three. Don't get anything on me." - "No germs on me" , "No blood on me", or "Think HIV"; protect yourself, gloves on
"Four. Are there any more?" - determine the number of patients
"Five. Dead or alive?" - form a general impression of the patient

2013-10-27 補充: 今日從梁 Sir 的講座中得知隔離埠的消防銘言係 "Vida Por Vida" 「捨己救人」照譯係 "Life For Life"「一命換一命」。有一 d急救朋友成日話 "Your Life Above My Own"。
