在四月 CVST 的交流會中講到下圖這張 ppt。在一個求生的情況中,如果要放拋生存或墮入不能自救的陷阱,其實是一件很容易的事; 只要「坐定定响度,乜都唔使做」。如果要保命,就要有「情況意識」situational awareness 和盡早執行適當的決定。STOP-KISS 口訣可以幫助鎮定自己和去計劃一個簡單又可行的求生決策(見 Ref. 1)。STOP-KISS 是一個通用的口訣,在野外時也可以用來計劃急救和救援的程序。
According to John Leach, in his book Survival Psychology, a large percentage (~70-80%) of potential survivors will simply wait for further instructions or are paralyzed in taking initiative to keep themselves alive. About half of the remaining survivors (~10-15%) will make the correct decisions, and the remaining survivors (~10-15%) will make the wrong decisions, or will become a liability to the rest of the group.
To live or die depends on whether we recognize a dire situation and then take the right action before it is too late. Situational awareness and STOP-KISS (Ref 1) will help us formulate a viable, and timely survival plan.
