Improvisation or "improv" is an important part of wilderness first aid.  Here are some ideas, they may work or they may not. The idea is to try it out for yourself.

英文 tampon 源自法文 tampion = 塞子。
英文 tamponade:  用棉塞去塞著傷口，或對身體一部份加壓，例如在創傷通常聽到「心包填塞」英文就是 cardiac tamponade。
如果是用來止血， 請記得在棉料上用「瞄準直接加壓法」。因為這些衛生棉料和止血敷料一樣是對血液有吸收性，如果只敷在傷口上而不加壓，這是「嗍血」而不是止血 ( http://www.hkcvst.org/forum/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=32&extra=page%3D1 )  。
下圖前額上的一塊是 "Tampad" ，一樣可以用來瞄準加壓止血 :-)
當然在止血和清潔傷口後，這些棉料也可以是敷料的代用品 。
